Maschine Plus license transfer request still not complete after requesting 1 week ago

Question

I made a transfer request on the 28th Aug - 1 week ago.

The ticket states that no worker has yet looked at it. It is still listed as "BEING PROCESSED".

The unit is about to be sold, but the new owner is still waiting to be able to use it with his NI account.

Can you update me on what is going on please?

I understand Jeremy. I didn't mean to post the ticket ID twice. It was saved in my drafts. The second time was a mistake. This is a very long time to wait, so I'll pick it up with the agents. I appreciate you getting back to me.
