Won’t let me deregister transfer licence

hi I have sold my Maschine plus and s61 but I am struggling to get it deregistered and transfer the software licence! The owner before me had same problem and I had to wait till myself the new owner contacted ni to myself when I got unit registered to my account, is this normal? Is there any way to do now so the new owner will not have to do this very long winded way? When pressing confirm transfer for licences etc it won’t allow me and has an request failed 400 message at the bottom of page

If you registered the product yourself within the last 60 days then you can not transfer the product within that period , apart from that then there is a number of reasons for a product to be non-transferable at all : License Transfer: Why Is My Product Not Transferable?

Other than that then only NI/inMusic Support can tell why you experience problems or if , so you will have to contact N.I. Support in case of any transfer problems.
