Traktor MIDI Devices don't recognizes by windows.

I have two controllers — a Traktor Kontrol F1 and a Traktor Kontrol Z1 — that my computer no longer recognizes. The Controller Editor DOES recognize them (the LEDs light up, I can change colors and assign things), but no other software sees them as a device — not Resolume, grandMA3, MIDI-OX or loopMIDI. I think it might be related to a recent Windows update, but I'm not sure. I already tried to remove that update and couldn't — it wouldn't uninstall. I also have a second computer that I updated Windows on, and the controllers don't work there either.

Has anyone seen this, and is there anything I can try?

I am not aware of exactly how this works for your Traktor devices but you should be able to find all info about Midi changes in Windows by joining this Discord and then go to Start Here and follow the directions to get more information .
