QR-code for Traktor Play not working

I have just received my first DJ controller, a Pioneer FLX4

In the Box there is a small pamphlet with a QR code, that is supposed to lead to "native-instruments.com/TraktorPlayAT", and below a code which is supposed to be used to activate the license

However, when scanning the code, there is only a "404 page not found " error message to be seen, and seemingly no way to redeem the code.

Apparently there is some website migration going on, but since the ai-support doesn't seem to work at the moment I am unsure on how to proceed.

Please define "doesn't seem to work" , inMusic NI Support should work at the moment albeit with some delays. Please use bot Riff on the page N.I. Support to open a support ticket. If needed then ask the bot to make a ticket and connect you to human support. If there is a problem getting the N.I. Support page working then please try another browser with no extensions and all cookies accepted.
