I download the apple silicon version and it is giving the most stupid error: "Failure: Installation cannot proceed, as not all requirements were met. This product requires IntelMac hardware." so you cannot install………
@koala Obviously MacOS 27 is not supported at the moment. Rosetta should be abandoned at some point, the Native Access is aware and working on it. Until then you can work it out with the link shared by Poorfellow here.

That looks like a very old installer, are you certain you're running the correct one? It should be called Native-Access_2_Mac_M1.dmg. I'd have thought if no-one with an M5 could install Native Access it'd be all over the forums.
Edit - you're running MacOS 27 - that's not supported as NTK Daemon currently requires Rosetta.

I hope that this gets a high priority to be fixed within a few weeks of macOS 27 being released in September.
People use their computers for many tasks aside from music creation.
And the benefits of macOS 27 are very compelling.
If history serves - NI won't certify MacOS 27 as "supported" until early 2027. It has been this way for at least the last 6 MacOS releases.
No one is "required" to update to this - unless you buy a new device - in which case you had better do some homework beforehand - if NI is part of your overall usage patterns
NI may however - need to do something sooner about that Native Access installer - but I will bet money - it will not be available on Day 1 of MacOS 27…

Perhaps not Day 1, but NI does not have the luxury of dragging their feet on fixing this issue. Native Access is the pipeline for selling everything they offer. They will have major problems with irate customers within the first few weeks of macOS 27 official release.
And rightly so.
If NI wants to enjoy sales to Mac users, they need to bow to reality.
That has never stopped them before.
Really do not think they are worried about "sales" to be honest. The user base is huge. And the bulk of that base is Windows users - who have no issues whatsoever with any of this.
While testing Mac OS27 is a "to-do" item - historically speaking - Apple is notorious for changing all sorts of critical OS pieces between betas, the Day 1 release AND the first real trustworthy build (27.1) in about November - I believe this is about the time that NI usually starts their testing.
They (and most all other vendors) won't waste tons of Q&A time until they can be certain Apple is done messing around - going too early (like testing now or even on that Day1 build) could result in having to do the testing all over again - which no one wants to do.
And this espeically this year - with all the financial upheaval and internal changes over there - I think that Ni has much bigger things to focus on right now - from being acquired by a new parent company, to huge web site changes which are rolling out now, to (hopefully) some new releases and of course the always chaotic fall and Black Friday promo season coming up fast.
Yes - MacOS 27 is a thing - and they will get to it of course - but on their schedule.
We've talked about it a lot before. Some delay is acceptable of course, but 6-8 months from the date of an official release (not Betas) is not. Either they develop for Mac or they do not.
@Jeremy_NI "Rosetta should be abandoned at some point", sorry - not at some point, but exactly in Autumn 2027, when MacOS 28 is released. MacOS 27 will be the last OS to support Rosetta on Mac.
OTOH, NI haven't managed to sign a simple Windows driver for Traktor in a proper way yet, so I do not keep my hopes high 🤣

@koala - come on - you cant expect ANYONE to support a beta version. I honestly dont know why you would expect anything else….and yes Im a Mac user so Im not being biased.
OTOH both Apple and NI could certainly up their games with getting things compatible in a more timely manner. Annoying that Apple has to release an OS every year and cause this pain to everyone. I dont blame NI for wanting to stop dead time testing and testing and testing when Apple keeps on changing stuff. In this way M$ system is better BUT dont get me started the downsides of M$ based systems.
At some point could also mean prior to that? Apple changes notwithstanding.
