I sent a support ticket over a week ago to try and renew my subscription because a few projects I worked with people who are paying me for work want to work on these particular projects and I have made them wait a week for support to be able to help me with the issue. Even though it said it would be resolved 3 days ago it still has not and I am dealing with more and more crap from not getting any help with this issue. Is the website broken or does someone in these forums have a fix? I have tried multiple browsers. I really can't rely on the support anymore so I am asking in the forums now.
