ORDER PAYED since more than 48 hr. STILL BLOCKED. I did spent too much time to try to contact NI INSTRUMENT. It is just a DOWNLOAD. I have seen sometime like that with all others company. You get the money. NOW PLEASE let me download waht i did pay for !!! CUBA downlaod $ 129 CAD

Did you get a ticket confirmation ? (also check spam folder). If you successfully opened a ticket then you should get a confirmation.

Alas then NI Support is under high load so delays are to be expected. And further more then it's now after normal work hours Friday meaning that it is weekend and NI Support do not work weekends so you should not expect any answers before some time next week.

Next step will be to contact PAYPALL to get my money back…..That is very frustated…

Your frustration is understandable but there is no need to be worried if you get your software. NI is no small shop so wheels might turn slowly but they do turn and you will get what you paid for. If you still have no answer some time next week then you can ask chatbot Riff about the ticket status (on N.I. Support page) , and else then at that time we can also ask NI Customer Care to look into the delay !

There is no 'live chat' or 'live help' , all NI Support is initiated through the web interface at N.I. Support .

If what Riff the chatbot suggests does not help then please ask Riff the chatbot to connect you with human support and to make a ticket

There is Support but you will have to use the web interface at N.I. Support to open a ticket .

If you persistently fails to be able to open a ticket then we can ask NI forum Customer Care to help you open a ticket when they are back in the forum next week. But since they are gone for the weekend then waiting for that will only cause further delays. So please see if you can open a ticket yourself. (use the web interface at N.I. Support )

2 weeks ago I IDID PAY $ 129 to download the software from NI Instrument and my ORDER as now disappear from the historic….and NOBODY as contact me after MANY HOURS try to reach somebody at NI intruments and INMUSIC.

It is just a simple dowload required….
