Pick 10 Any Code Not Working, No Response From Support

Trying to use my pick 10 any code on Plugin Alliance website, but keep getting the error. "can't use pick10 code with other discounts"

The only other discounts are dynamic discounts which I have no way of removing.

Voucher expires in a week or so, would hate to have to do a credit card charge back, because you are not supplying the service I paid for.

I havent been responded to by NI or PA in 10 days… Not to mention when i tried contacting them last year about a different issue, I was never responded to ether.

Thats why i mentioned the charge back, it would be a shame to do since I am one of the original supporters of the pro plan that gets me grandfather pricing on the subscription. Site went downhill after the merger.

Google said to make a post here, so now that what I am doing before I stop supporting PA after 10+ years for not following through on their end of the agreement.

FYI Plugin Alliance is not owned or run by Native Instruments any more.

Plugin Alliance support is via their site, not here.

Yes - I realize that Poorfellow indicated NI support - and perhaps he indicated that NI Support might be able to tell you exactly who to contact AT Plugin Alliance - but NI Support is not an accurate support vector for PA stuff any longer.

Plugin Alliance decoupled from NI about 6-8 weeks ago.

If this were my issue - I would contact them directly.

PK The DJ and VocalPoint is %100 right you need to contact Plugin-Alliance Support ASAP nobody else can fix your problem. If the voucher expire then they are the ones that you have to ask about that also. Just be sure to check the ticket confirmation that you receive if it says that you have to response to ticket confirmation for ticket to be processed.
