How to get out of update infinite loop.

I'm using Machine3+, and I've suddenly encountered the infinite update loop.
Specifically I faced the message "You are about to update Machine. Press Update to Proceed." , starting Machine3+. Even if I push the Update button, it shows the next message "no updates have been found", and I can't do anything because other options are shutdown, restart.
I'm in trouble because I can't start my work on Machine3+ at all now...

It looks same issue below.I've already contact tech support , but I can't receive any reply for 6 days; it has already exceeded the respond deadline they said..

Does anyone have tips to fix this issue, please?

I've been able to contact NI tech support, and resolve this issue by using system-reset-v2.nut booting Machine+.
I appreciate tech support help🙏
