Ozone 10 was Purchased, can't get reinstallation files

I appreciate the vast improvement of Native Access vs. the former Product Portal and this is the first problem I've encountered with it but…

I've previously purchased Ozone 9 through the most recent but when opening an old project today I found that Ozone 10 is missing from my new computer. Logged into Native Access and it wasn't available for installation so I logged into iZotope Product Portal and couldn't find it there either. I know I had it, because the project used it and I have several others that also used it. How do I regain access to the installation files for Ozone 10?

If you bought the product from NI then you should be able to find your product at the Account downloads page. (look for Ozone) .

If you bought the product at iZotope then NI was bought by inMusic who sold off iZotope to Boris FX.

To get Support for iZotope purchases then You can contact iZotope Support using this link !
