Where are my downloads?

Question

Hi - I just paid almost £200 for these programs and they are not showing anywhere in my downloads in Native Access. I used the same email address for the purchase. There is no support at NI at all. Can anybody please help? Many thanks,

Don't worry , NI will not cheat you, it's a big company so the wheels might turn slow sometimes but they do turn.

There is support , but it all goes through the web interface at :   N.I. Support

There is also the NI Forum Customer Care but they do not process Support tickets themselves instead they help when needed.    So if you really need support then you first need to please contact N.I. Support .   Also then NI Support staff only work regular office hours.

If you are missing your downloads then please check that the order actually went through and that it is not stuck processing.  Then also check your email including spam filter for any email that could contain information.

You can also check your account to see if products appear as registered or not registered.

Also then be sure to be using latest version of Native Access for your OS .

Also try rebooting your computer and login to N.A. again to see if that helped.
