I'm looking for some help with my Komplete Kontrol A49.
None of the keyboard's buttons (Browser, Shift, etc.) or the navigation knob seem to be working.
I wanted to test the keyboard using Komplete Kontrol, but the software first asked me to update it. When I tried to update, I kept getting the following error message:
"Update failed: could not uninstall previous version of Komplete Kontrol. Visit our Knowledge Base for more information."
I then completely uninstalled Komplete Kontrol, both through Windows and by removing the remaining entries in the Registry Editor. However, every time I try to reinstall it, I get the exact same error message.
As a result, I no longer have access to Komplete Kontrol at all.

- Disabling my antivirus.
- Looking for a way to install Komplete Kontrol without using Native Access (no luck).
- Updating the driver/firmware for my Komplete Kontrol A49.
- Restarting my computer.
Unfortunately, none of these steps solved the problem.
