install issues and dead links

Question

ok so im moving computers, I keep my completely library on an external to make this easier but this time around I have some "add products" on a few things like Berlin and Veinna grand and a few others etc.

when I click to resolved them I get "path is invalid" with a link on "how to fix this" but that link is dead.

there are also things like Kontakt 5 etc. that I don't want / need installed anymore and I have no way to uninstall them.  even when the support article says the "3 dots" will have an uninstall menu.  it doesn't.

anyone know whats up here?

Yes , this is a known issue since recent changes in the support system made all previous Support links invalid , and NI have a problem setting up the link forwarding..

But here is a link to the new version of the missing support page.
