Many ways, free and paid. Manually loading the wav files found in their folders (with a tedious work) recording them with the MPC, with some free apps that requires a little work to set them up… or… with this wonderful tool that will do it automatically for you (for which you have to pay a reasonable price):

Edit rights are earned (I think after a certain amount of participation here) , when/if you have then click the three little dots in a circle in top right of your post.
Prior you can ask a Moderator to help you fix post content or ask an Administrator to give you editing rights ahead of time (if they do that ?)
