Instruments suddenly uninstalled and won't "install" in Native Access 2

Hi All. I have NI Komplete 15 Collectors Edition (and 13 and 14). I am running Logic 12.3. I regularly update Native Access. Last week (or so) Action Woodwinds and Choir Omnia no longer appeared in my Kontakt window (in my DAW) and in Native Access the "Install" (instead of "Installed") button appeared, as if it wasn't installed. Both instruments had been previously installed and used up until that date. Multiple attempts to install (it does

"download" when I try) resulted in "Installation Failed". Both instruments (content) are still in the external SSD where all my Native Instruments have always been. Everything else works as expected. I've attached screenshots. Can anyone help out with this new issue? Thanks,

Does it happen with other libraries? Have you tried to locate the libraries? By this I mean using the Add Product Content feature:

Have you checked the permissions of the hard drive? If you check a library in Native Access and check what the installation path, is there anything unusual? Screenshots are welcome!
