Why can't I use my Izotope subscription?

As of July 12th, 2026 I cannot run my Izotope plugins. I'm being prompted to "Authorize in the product portal". The problem began on the renewal date of my subscription in July. I was charged $20 for July but can't get the authorization to run the software. Is there something I'm overlooking? Thank you. Roger Stauss

You will have to contact support at the place where you have the subscription and I am not even sure what is what anymore since iZotope is no longer neither NI nor inMusic but has been sold off to BurisFX (perhaps that has something to do wit it but I simply have no idea what is up and what is down anymore as I have received no information about it)

Anyway , then of course you should have help by proper support .
