I’m using Maschine 3 with a Komplete Kontrol M32 along with a Mikro Mk3.
I can control plugin parameters perfectly when the plugin is inserted on a Sound. Pressing PLUG-IN lets me page through the Sound’s plugin chain and the 8 knobs are automatically mapped.
However, if I insert the exact same plugin on the Group instead, I cannot get the M32 to control it.
What I’ve observed:
- TRACK mode:
- Left/Right = switch Groups
- Up/Down = switch Sounds within the Group
- PLUG-IN mode always opens the currently selected Sound’s plugin chain (Sampler, etc.), never the Group’s plugin chain.
- Clicking the Group or the Group FX with the mouse does not change what the M32 controls.
How do I make the M32 target the Group FX chain instead of the currently selected Sound?
