I've seriously done everything under the sun to try and make it work, I've made a ticket on the inmusic thing, just for nothing, 30 hours so far with no response whatsoever, (https://inmusicsupport.freshdesk.com/helpdesk/tickets/814179) , I seriously don't understand why I don't get the pop up on Native Access so I could get it free of charge, to try out the program; I've tried rear ports and front ports, different cables, rebooting Native Access, rebooting my PC, nothing at all

Don't know how to close a thread but this time when I connected the controller the thing popped up, problem fixed

This issue has been seen a number of times lately and my advice is that you need NI/inMusic Support to fix it.

I do not think that there ever were a time when you could expect that you would get a support answer from NI in 30 hours , it might happen but usually you should count response time in days , like normally a few days Also there is support delays at the moment so expect delays.

Finally please notice that when you contact NI support then you will receive an AI auto-response and it is important that you answer this response to let NI know that you still need their assistance. This is also valid in general , if you have a support ticket with NI then always respond to their emails as long as that you still need help , else the ticket will close.
