HELP! Why can't I see downloaded content in Kontakt Player 8 or Native Access

Hi, pretty new to VSTs. Been using Waveform 13 for a couple months now with several VST (PianoTeq, Rhodes, Waves) without issue. I recently downloaded Kontakt 8 Player and Native Access and have no issues with several of their libraries (Analog Dreams, Jacob Collier Experience). However, I downloaded Emotive Choir from Heavyocity after signing up and downloading Heavyocity Portal. The files download and I can see them in C: Program Files (x86). I even moved them to the same folder as Analog Dreams and still don't see them when I reopen Native Access or Kontakt Player. I've found no instructions online that are helpful. I feel like it's something simple I'm missing and it's very frustrating. For the record, I'm old (60+) so that might have something to do with it.

Since you like free Kontakt libraries (who don't 😉) then notice the [FREE] DADO - Lilac Alloy​ by Tonal Forms , you can get it here.

Also there is the Fracture Sounds : Blueprint Collection , 21(?) free Kontakt instruments that works with the free Kontakt Player. To get the 'Blueprint series instruments then you make an account on the site and if it still works the same way then you should then be able to order the instruments directly from account pages , then also redeem the serials in Native Access where you can also download them. (The Fracture Sounds Kontakt libraries are only meant to wet your appetite to get you interested in their full versions but still it is free stuff 🙂 )
