I just stumbled across this interesting Kontakt library made by Francesco Sabatini, who is a composer and Product Designer @ NI. He recently founded Tonal Forms as "a little hobby brand, a private garden if you will, where I can release experimental instruments" (src).
"DADO – Lilac Alloy delivers a set of hybrid sounds where attacks of acoustic and metal-bodied instruments fuse into evolving textures. Built around the guiding principle "you hear what you see", the Cube maps the whole sonic space to one drag gesture — rotate to crossfade between Sound A and Sound B, tilt to bring the FX layer in. A Variate system lets you stumble into unexpected combinations at a single click, while a motion generator can animate the Cube automatically, keeping your hands free. Per-key volume grids and aftertouch let you go as deep as you want."
