Native, please wake up... I've seen several DJs switching to rekordbox or Serato because of this issue... At the club where I'm a resident, they already have the CDJ-3000X, and I have to play using timecode...
we have been waiting for an update for Phase HID since 2021, and a fix for Phase RCA since 2020… dont expect soon so soon.
i'm putting a deadline.. if native don't release hid for 3000x until end of month, I will change to serato or rekordbox… they have already had time—and more than enough time—to deal with this …
This is unacceptable... the CDJS-3000X has been out for ages, and this is the only app that still isn't compatible... As a company, do you want to set yourselves apart from the competition? I'm on the verge of switching apps... Now, with Lexicon, it's easy to transfer your library from one app to another. This is also happening now with the new CDJ-1500X models.
Don't expect business to pick up until financing has been settled and NI has gotten accustomed to it's new home. Your hopes and your deadlines will not accelerate the process in the slightest.
The 3000X came out in September 2025... that can't be an excuse... they are the industry standard... in fact, the 1500X were released this week, and we still have nothing on the 3000X …
I am not excusing anybody. I am pointing out the internal workings of a business with existential issues that force priorities.
Case in point: The MX4 is still not on the market, and that is most definetely high on their list - higher than the 3000X integration.
