Komplete Audio 6 not being detected

Question

Hi,

I have a NI Komplete Audio 6 MK1 interface, and for some reasons it's not getting detected by my PC (Windows 11).

Once I plugged it in, I only get the USB green light, and that's it.

I've tried to install a bunch of drivers, but didnt do to much.

Could it be that it might have a hardware issue?

You can check this discussion , but if that and driver suggestion does not help then it could be a HW fault and you'd have to ask  N.I. Support for help .
