download update and new banks

Question

Hello,

I bought some sound banks recently, but I can’t download them. Similarly, I can’t download the Kontakt updates either. I tried using the NI Download Manager, and I was able to download the updates. However, I still can’t download the sound banks. Since then, I haven’t been able to access the NI Download Manager page.

I’ve swapped my MacBook Pro M1 for an M5 Pro, but I don’t think that’s the cause. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled Native Access several times, but nothing’s working. I’ve authorised all extensions and access permissions on my Mac, but nothing’s changed. I uninstalled the Theremin bank and tried reinstalling it to see if this might also be affecting my other banks, and sure enough, I couldn’t reinstall it.

I’ve just noticed that NI seems to be experiencing issues – could that be the cause?

Since then, I haven’t been able to access the NI Download Manager page.

Prior to trying to access the Account downloads page then be sure that you are logged in on the account.     Also if you are having problems with an internet site then try another browser with no extensions and all cookies accepted (my suggestions for alternative browsers would be e.g. Firefox, Chrome, Vivaldi browser and Opera browser , depending on what you do not usually use)

What is the exact error ?  Screenshot please !  And are you using latest version of Native Access for your OS  ?

ALL NI apps including NTKDaemon must have full disk access. : How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS and disks must be of correct format : Notes  on Network Drives and Disk Formats

Also then please check that iCloud Private Relay has been turned off (applies to download problems only) : Native  Access Error Message: "Download failed" (macOS)

If using Sequoia/Tahoethen if prompted to do so then N.I. apps must be added to the Local

You have filled in  that your OS is "mac pro M5 last update" , that's a computer type , What's your exact OS version ?
