Set Sends to Event?

Question

Just starting to build in Core and have been using Send and Receive modules to try and keep things a little tidier.

Going through tidying up panel controls etc., and noticed that if I connect a send module to a button (outputs Events) the send still shows as an audio signal, and then if I set a receive up at the other end, I cannot connect it to the event input on my core macro.

What am I missing?

I would've thought the send becomes whatever you connect it to, but this doesn't seem to be be happening.

Found the issue.

I had one Send module that was showing an error. Once I sorted that everything started working again.

Must've glitched the system.
