NA2 closes shortly after the start

Question

Native Access 2 closes immediately after launching. I have already tried all the suggested troubleshooting steps. I even reinstalled the operating system; NA2 worked once after that, but shortly afterwards, it started closing again. NA1 runs without issues, but I cannot install all my products and do not receive any updates.

Please provide a quick solution.

I think I’ve found the problem!

A dongle from Midiland—for the PC Live Player—was plugged in.

As soon as the dongle is removed, NA2 runs.

This is the second time that we have seen such a problem related to Midiland software ,
