Today I have asked for a refund of 150 dollars that was mistakenly withdrawn from my Paypal. It is correct that I have started a trial period, and cancelled the subscription again. Yet I have been charged 150 dollars. When I write to support, I get a response from a robot! Dear Native, this is not right! I expect to get my money back according to general consumer protection!
