What the bleep NI? Native Access is hosed and will not reinstall

Dear NI,

Suddenly, my entire NI world is upset and I am dead in the water. The NTKdaemon is the problem — I have followed all the available remedies such as deleting registry keys and clearing the local cache. All in vain. The user should not have to hack the registry or the app cache!

Please answer this question directly with an answer that pertains to my situation.

We in the forum could try to assist provided that you gave us enough information. But as written by VocalPoint then perhaps it will be better if you just contact N.I. Support .

Also please notice that when you contact NI support then you will receive an AI auto-response and it is important that you answer this response to let NI know that you still need their assistance. This is also valid in general , if you have a support ticket with NI then always respond to their emails as long as that you still need help , else the ticket will close.
