Bought "as new" on Amazon Resale (UK) - already registered, no useful ticket reply

I submitted a ticket a few days ago - had a reply "made with AI" that absolutely missed the question I was asking (in quite a drastically poor way).

Nothing else since, despite my chasing, so I am now here.

Bought "as new" MX2 from Amazon UK - their Resale dept. Went to reg the hardware serial, it told me "in use". Amazon customer service did not understand this issue at all and just wanted me to return it.

I don't want to return it as it had a decent discount and is in good condition, but I am not prepared to swallow another £100 on top to buy a TP4 license.

Can someone come back to me?

Please notice that when you contact NI support then you will receive an AI auto-response and it is important that you answer this response to let NI know that you still need their assistance. This is also valid in general , if you have a support ticket with NI then always respond to their emails as long as that you still need help , else the ticket will close.

When you have a receipt from Amazon then NI Support should be able to sort this out for you….
