I bought a used machine +2 1/2 weeks ago and opened a support ticket. I have yet to hear anything from native instruments. It’s been two weeks. That’s a little bit ridiculous as far as customer service in response time for a support ticket the issue is the unit is turned on and everything works perfectly fine. I have apparently 95 expansions on this used machine plus that I bought so I don’t wanna erase it and lose all of that so that’s the main focus of my transferring this machine plus I don’t lose expansions and I’m not sure what to do. It’s been two weeks like I said so it just seems like a very long time. Have to wait for a transfer to be processed. . I s. I sent. I sent th. I sent them . I sent them pro. I sent them proof .
