OpenA8DJ: a free open-source Audio 8 DJ driver project

Hi everyone,

I wanted to share OpenA8DJ, a free open-source driver project for the Native Instruments Audio 8 DJ:

We built it as a non-profit homage to this piece of hardware. We love how it sounds and how useful it still is for Traktor and DVS workflows, and it felt like a shame to let such a classic disappear just because modern systems moved on.

The project is independent, community-made, and not affiliated with Native Instruments. Feedback, testing notes, and bug reports are very welcome.

very cool, tnx! How hard/easy is it to fork/modify this one for the Audio4DJ?

(NB I just bought a secondhand Traktor Audio 6 to replace my non-class-compliant Audio4DJ to work on my new macbook air M4, but would love to also keep on using my audio4dj)
