MX2 problem with use type c connection

my MX2 console doesn't connect to me via Usb Type c connection, it used to turn on normally, now I have to plug in its power supply to get power and it doesn't work, I have windows 11, but in the past via Usb Type C connection it turned on normally and without having to plug in its power supply, does anyone know what could be the problem..

I am unsure of the extent of your problem .

Are you saying that the unit doesn't work anymore even with the PSU attached ?

If it doesn't work with the PSU attached then try another port and also try another cable, you could have a defect cable or a defect port. Also try with another computer if possible.
