No luck with support, I created a ticket 4 days ago.
Native access Traktor 4 download failed MAC apple M1 - Sequoia.
I cannot install it. I rebooted latptop, googled the issue, all is up to date. I need help please :-)
NI Support do not work weekends or holidays (Monday were also a holiday).
Also please notice that when you contact NI support then you will receive an AI auto-response and it is important that you answer this response to let NI know that you still need their assistance. This is also valid in general , if you have a support ticket with NI then always respond to their emails as long as that you still need help , else the ticket will close.

Else then as an intermediate fix have you tried downloading and installing from Account downloads ?
