Traktor Mx2 sound problem

Question

hell I just bought a tractor mx2 but I have very serious problem on audio outputs I’m running on a windows laptop with intel i7 processor

I have the latest driver and Traktor.The audio is disturbed, with several noise and lot of frequencies cutted out. Considering that the same PC with the same speaker and of course same song on Traktor 3 with S2 mk2 sounds perfect. The difference between the 2 controller output are incredible. Some part of the music can’t even be heard on the mx2 output. For example harmonics or percussions.

I use 48mhz with 128 samples… if I rise up the samples nothing change. I'm a little bit frustrated since I just bought the device 2 days ago and I can't use it.

I hope some one can help me point me in the right direction for resolving this problem

@l.u.k. Do you have any other audio apps open when this happens? Are all set to the same sample frequency (48Khz, 44.1Khz, etc…)?

If you use the MX2 as output for your Windows system, do you get the same loss of quality?

thanks I guess it was better using a similar thread instead open a new one. I’ll do it imeddiately thanks for the suggestion

Please notice that when you contact NI support then you will receive an AI auto-response and it is important that you answer this response to let NI know that you still need their assistance. This is also valid in general , if you have a support ticket with NI then always respond to heir emails as long as that you still need help , else the ticket will close.
