How can I fix samples not saving in remix decks?

Recently Traktor had an error on my mac that made it so I had to reload the entire library from the directory. For some reason none of my remix deck playlists saved but I was able to go and collect all the samples and add them to the playlists. Since then, anytime I try and create a new sample, it won't save. I have tried playing it a few times, changing up settings, looking in the samples folder for it, overwriting the playlist, using autosave function, and even reinstalling Traktor 3. Nothing seems to work. Any ideas on how to fix this?

After honestly weeks of this not working I decided to post about it today. Right after I kept digging in the settings and changed my sample directory folder. Seemed to fix the problem for anyone else experiencing this!
