Hello, I got the Komplete 15 Beats Bundle yesterday & can't download it. I got the order receipt, it shows up in my products but will not register & show up in Native Access. how can I fix this????

I got the order receipt, it shows up in my products but will not register & show up in Native Access. how can I fix this????
Please notice that after adding the bundle (using the add serial function in Native Access if the bundle is not already showing on account page) then the bundle will only show in the Library tab of Native Access as the products that the bundle consists of. And you should attempt to activate the bundle by installing products from the Library tab if the products shows there.
Be sure to be using latest version of Native Access for your OS .
Else try resetting the Native Access XML file , look at section 8 here :My Product is Missing in Native Access .
if that doesn't work then please contact N.I. Support .
Also please notice that when you contact NI support then you will receive an AI auto-response and it is important that you answer this response to let NI know that you still need their assistance. This is also valid in general , if you have a support ticket with NI then always respond to their emails as long as that you still need help , else the ticket will close.
