Question, If I were to buy a copy of Komplete 11 Ultimate Update—not Upgrade—could I update my copy of Komplete 9? My copy is the Standard version, not Select, and all websites list the 11 update as an upgrade from the, "Select" path only.
Most (if not all) of the products in Komplete 11 are now retired. As is the ability to activate any of those items as they predate Native Access.
More importantly - any “update” (vs upgrade) requires a “level” to “level” move. Like Ultimate to Ultimate. If it were me - would be much more beneficial to consider Komplete 26 Standard if you can swing the cost. VP
The "Komplete 11 Ultimate Update—not Upgrade" is only fit for 'updating' a previous version of Komplete Ultimate (8-10) to Ultimate version 11.
Standard 9 to Ultimate 11 is an 'upgrade' , and the upgrade product must be from the specific product that you have e.g. from Select 9 to Ultimate 11 or from Standard 9 to Ultimate 11 , these upgrades require each their base product and are not interchangeable.
