JOG and TT mode does not work on MX2

I just bought a Traktor MX2. Everything works except for TT and JOG modes, where only pitch bend works. What i need to do?

You should return in for repair or replacement.

TTMode enables the platter top to stop the track (for scratching). JOGMode disables the top. When not scratching, turning the platter in any way causes pitch bend.

Is it not working like this on your device? If touching the platter with your naked finger does not stop the track in TTMode, you have to send in your device for repair.

Touching the platter with finger in TT mode doesn't stop the track. The problem affects both jog wheels.
