Hi,
I have been trying to get my support ticket 4874979 resolved for almost two weeks now and keep getting sent in circles by the responces.
I am having issues installing three libraries (East Asia, Ireland, and Symphony Series Percussion) on my system. I have over 100 other libraries successfully installed but for some reason these three fail.
Here's what I've tried:
- Removing all the content folders in the install location and trying to reinstall from scratch
- Deleting what I think was the Native Access cashe folder and trying again
- Manually updating native access
- Support gave me direct downloads to the files and told me to unzip and locate in native access, but I got an error.
In one of my support responses I got what I think is the closest to helping resolve my issue, but when asking for more information everything I say is just ignored!
When I sent in my Native Access Log file I was told there were installation state errors and some libraries that could not be found. More specifics were not given when asked. This sounds like the closest to what I seem to be expierencing.
How can I get my ticket escalated, or has anyone here had a similar issue?
