Why does my Komplete Select 15 Band not Show up and comes up as Demo

I am only able to see my displayed products when I downgrade my Native Access to previous versions of Native Access 2. Unable to detect my products in the lastest software, even when deleting and installing latest version of NA I was not able to see my products from Komplete 15 Select Band. I had to download any of my products from the downloads page from the Native instruments website.

First image was when products were not downloaded from Native instruments website (both images are from Native Access v3.1)

Second image is the programs downloaded, however within native instruments I am also unable to find and locate electric keys phoenix. This is another issue, as it does not show up as a downloadable on the website

Lastest version of NA does not display anything from Komplete Select Band; unless downloaded from NI website

I have checked my product page and everything is there, it says that I have komplete select band 15, and on a seperate device it seems to display my plugins. However on my main device (windows pc) it does not seem to display the products unless I download the products from the download page, but electric keys is not there.

Being “there” has to mean appearing under the Registered heading in your NI account - and no where else.

And I do not understand what you mean about “on a separate device”?

Note that the login for your Ni account and Native Access are identical and are mirrors.

If all products are online as Registered - and you login to NA with your one and only set of credentials - you should not have any issues installed any product in Native Access. There should be no "demo" action either.

AND - what exact version of Windows 11 are you running? There are numerous versions and only specific “current” versions are valid today.

I have done all the steps on the site, from reseting my XML file to also relogging in, multiple times. Also what I mean my seperate device is my laptop. as my laptop is able to display my plugins, I am also on the same account as the laptop. Also my version of windows is both same on desktop on laptop (Windows 11 25H2). I will put a photo below on a seperate post from my laptop of the plugins displaying on NA.

I see the Select package is for Novation. This implies a Novation device is required as a “base license device”

What can you tell us about a registered Novation Device?

The novation device is the Novation mk4 67 keys. However I do think this information is unimportant, due the nature that the NA works on the laptop and shows the music plugins in the NA app. Moreover that I have as of currently redownloaded v3.1 of NA and am able to see phoenix - electric keys. But am unable to download it without it getting stuck on calculating downloading, also for the version of it it says 0.0. Lastly in version 3.1 of NA it still displays my products as demo, no matter what I do.

I see that Jeremy has shed some light in this issue - however I do have another question…

Q: Why are you continuing to reference Native Access v3.10?

The current version is v3.2.4 and should be the one in play at this time.
