Komplete 15 Select Band for Novation not registered

The issue has not been resolved at all. Please let me know how I can download "Komplete 15 Select Band for Novation" which is currently listed under 'Not registered.' I still haven't received a serial number, and the product is not appearing in Native Access. I have only received emails regarding shipping; no emails concerning downloads or serial numbers have arrived. I have also checked my spam folder to be sure. Furthermore, the serial number for this product is not listed in the "TRANSFER A LICENSE" section. Please provide a clear solution on how I can register and download this software.

If it says 'not registered' on your NI account then it is connected to the account but has not yet been downloaded. And the remedy for that usually is to install something from the bundle using Native Access.

the product is not appearing in Native Access.

The bundle will not list as "Komplete 15 Select Band" but will only list as the items that the bundle consists of.

Make sure that you have downloaded and installed the latest version of Native Access for your OS are that you are logged into the correct account. Then if you see any of the products that the bundle consists of then install them to activate the software.

If you persistently can not find software in N.A. then you will need the help of N.I. Support.

Please notice that when/if you contact NI support then you will receive an AI auto-response and it is important that you answer this response to let NI know that you still need their assistance. This is also valid in general , if you have a support ticket with NI then always respond to their emails asl ong as that you still need help , else the ticket will close.

Also : You do not get any serial number to register , when the bundle shows on account as 'not registered' then the bundle is already 'associated' with your account. The serial will not show on the transfers page before the bundle has been installed/activated , when having been activated/installed then the serial will show on the transfers page as either transferable or not transferable. Please notice that all new additions can not be transferred by user within the first 60 days of activation. !
