Can I convert Battery 4 drum kits to Ableton drum racks for personal use, and how?

I have Battery 4 which came with the Select bundle. The UI option to resize is not available which poses issues to my eyesight. I'd like to convert the drum samples over to Ableton to be used as drum kits. Battery 4 provides their proprietary drum kits already.

Is there a way to convert Battery 4 drum kits from their proprietary format into Ableton drum racks? I can take the samples manually by hand for each kit, but doing a kit to kit transfer would be easier and faster.

I am not sure , I think that the most important to notice here is what you wrote yourself : "proprietary format" . I have not checked the Battery 4 format but if it consists of "proprietary format" samples then that will most likely be your problem , else then you could maybe have used Kit Maker (I've never used it so can not vouch for it)
