Hello, I had to reinstall my computer due to a system crash. Unfortunately, I'm now very dissatisfied with the Native Access installer because I can only install the Kontakt 8 Player. A few years ago, I purchased the Complete 13 Select bundle, which also included a full version of Kontakt 6. I find it quite annoying that Native Access only allows me to install the Kontakt 8 Player. I don't want the Player; I want my full version back! That's what I paid for – Kontakt 6. Because it's now only the Kontakt 8 Player, many third-party libraries that require the full version of Kontakt and work perfectly with Kontakt 6 no longer function. These libraries unfortunately don't work in Kontakt 8. Could you please provide me with the full version of Kontakt 8, which I paid for through my package? And please ensure that I can activate it in Native Access or somewhere else with my account, instead of it just showing as "Demo" in Kontakt. That would be fantastic.
