Hello,
I have a music production PC with Native Access installed, but a slow home network connection. Fortunately, I have access to a faster connection outside my PC to download Native products. This is a situation similar to the post here:
However, when I try to download products from the suggested account page (https://www.native-instruments.com/en/account/downloads/), I get a generic error message. "Product downloads - Something went wrong".
I know the page was working sometime last week, but when I check it now, all I get is that error message. Is this a known issue and are there any workarounds? Thanks!
