I am writing to request a status update on my support ticket #4861740.
I reported a hardware defect (severe encoder jitter) on my Maschine+ last two week. I have already provided all requested information to the hardware support team on Monday, April 13th
I haven't received any response since then, and I haven't been asked for my shipping address to start the RMA process yet. Could a moderator please look into this and help escalate the case?
