Session Strings 2 refuses to install despite trying everything

A couple of months ago Session Strings 2 failed to load in Logic Pro. I tried re-installing in Native Access but it stubornly refuses to install. I've tried every single suggestion from NI support but nothing works and I'm thoroughly fed up with the whole process. Has anyone else had this issue? I'm still trying to get a resolution from NI support but it's utterly frustrating adn has taken months with no fix.

Remember to answer any email from NI Support even if their suggestion does not help , to let them know that you still need help.

Did you try downloading the product from Account downloads and install manually ?

Do you get error messages when you're trying to install Session Strings? If so can you let us know what they are?

@blowfishsoup I see troubleshooting is still going on with my colleagues, thanks for your patience, hopefully this will be sorted out.
