I need help on transferring already registered license to my new account

I bought the Mirkro MK3 machine used off Amazon, and the serial number was already registered to another account. I submitted 5 tickets back-to-back because every email they sent me was "contact the seller for the transfer ticket," but I couldn't get a hold of them. I need help registering a new account with this serial number.

Did you reply to the tickets or submit a new one? Most tickets get an auto response first and need a reply to get to a human.

If you're within the returns period you might be best returning it if you don't get anywhere with support. An alternative is to buy the Maschine software but then you won't get the additional software like Komplete 15 Select, Massive, Monark, and Reaktor Prism.

Is it the Maschine Central pack just for plug-and-play?

Assuming you don't already have an earlier version of the Maschine software, you'll need the FULL version of Maschine 3 (not the upgrade) with the Maschine Central library.
