I can only get to keyboard mode via the software. Is this correct. And from there I should be able to get to chord mode using the button… doesn't work.
Is this me or do I have a hardware problem. Brand new Mk3.
I think that people need a bit more information including exact description of the steps taken. But are you sure that the controller is not in Midi mode ?
What is your exact OS version , your Native Access version ? and your Maschine version ?
Have you tried reinstalling the Maschine software ?
Have you given ALL NI apps including NTKDaemon full disk access ? : How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS
