Switching decks. S3 Pro

Hey all. New to this so learning from the ground up.

How do you switch to deck C & D. I can tap the deck letter on the unit and colour changes etc. can’t change it in the Mac. When I go to add music it puts a error code up?

Open Preferences --> Decks Layout. Under Deck Flavor select Track Deck for Deck D. Same for Deck C. Also you should select 4 Decks in the dropdown menu for Deck Layout so that all four decks are visible on the screen. 🦋

How do you add the music and what does the error code look like?

ok, so I am on the S3 unit, playing on deck B, I then tap Deck D select, I then go top righ on the controller to scroll through music and select, and I get this message in red on screen. "can not load into live/thru deck:switch deck type'
