Scratching with external control + stems + keylock introduces lots of glitches/pops

turning keylock on and off while using stems is giving me audio glitches and pops. most noticeable when scratching (with keylock on) as it is being turned on and off frequently…

Doesn't seem to happen with regular tracks, only stems. No pops scratching with keylock off either.

External mixer - Denon x1850 as audio interface

I do not know if this has any influence on or relevance to your issue also but there should nothing lost by trying it :
