I cant load anything from the battery i searched for an answer but it only showed me solutions for battery 4. i need help
What exactly are you trying to load where and how ? (screenshot please)
Are you sure that what you are trying to load does not require ownership of Battery 4 ? and if then do you have Battery 4 ?

Cheapest way of getting Battery 4 if you need that would be to get Komplete Select 15 Beats version. And if you need some NI hardware then most advantageous way of getting Komplete Select 15 is by getting a piece of N.I. hardware that comes with Komplete Select , e.g. a keyboard.
